Education Qualification – Under IBPS PO Recruitment Eligibility Criteria 2016 Candidates must have completed their Graduation Degree from any recognized university or institution. Participants also required their mark sheet numbers while they submit IBPS PO online form 2016.

IBPS PO Exam Pattern

IBPS PO MT Exam Pattern – IBPS Common Written Exam (CWE 6) for Probationary Officer (PO) & Management Trainee (MT) Posts is running all of the participants who have completed their IBPS PO Online Application form filling process they should have to check IBPS CWE Exam Pattern & IBPS Exam Syllabus. IBPS Exam Scheduled in the month of October so gets ready for preparation.

IBPS PO MT Exam Pattern Details –
IBPS PO CWE is an Objective type paper. Online Written exam includes five subjects in which all subjects having their own weight and the subjects are Reasoning, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness, and Computer Knowledge. There will be 200 Objective Questions carrying 1 mark of each and the time duration is for 02 hours. And there will be Negative marking for all wrong answer with 0.25 marks.

The examination will be carried out in three phases:

1. Phase I (Preliminary Exam): It will be an ONLINE Computer Based Test mode where the candidates will be shown section-wise questions on a computer screen.
2. Phase II (Mains Exam): It will have two parts:

  • An ONLINE Computer Based Test mode where the candidates will be shown section-wise questions on a computer screen. There will be four sections, English Language; General Awareness, Marketing & Computers; Data Analysis & Interpretation; Reasoning (High Level) each carrying 50 marks.
  • Descriptive Test: The Descriptive Test of 1 hour duration with 50 marks will be a Test of English Language (Letter Writing & Essay). Descriptive Tests will also be online. Candidates will have to answer Descriptive test by typing on the computer. Immediately after completion of Objective Test, Descriptive Test will be administered. The candidates are required to qualify in the Descriptive Test by securing passing marks, to be decided by the Bank.
  • Those who will clear the Mains Exam called for Interview process.

  • Negative marking applicable for all candidates with O.25 marks deducted at every wrong question and unmarked questions will not be included in Negative marking.

IBPS PO English Syllabus: English language Syllabus of IBPS PO Exam is a common paper of Basic English knowledge. It has General English, Comprehension & Spelling sections which are given below.

General English: Vocabulary, synonyms, Antonyms, Word formation and Sentence rearrangement.

Comprehension: Theme detection, Deriving conclusions, Passage completion, Error detection, and Passage correction, Sentence correction.

Spelling: Grammar, Idioms, and Phrases contain IBPS PO Syllabus.

IBPS PO Selection Procedure

IBPS PO / MT Selection Procedure – IBPS Common Written Exam (CWE PO/MT) for recruitment of Probationary Officer (PO) & Management Trainee (MT) jobs in Public Sector banks.

IBPS PO Selection Process Details :-
IBPS PO Selection Process will be done in three stages First is Preliminary Common Written Exam & Second is Mains and then Common Interview exam and IBPS Department simply generate Score Card by the Performance in these parts. By Score level of this card candidates will be shortlisted in participating organization.

IBPS Common Interview – Candidates who have been qualified IBPS PO MT 6 CWE 2016 they will be called for Interview to be directed by the Participating Organizations and composed by the Nodal Bank in each one State/ UT with the assistance of IBPS. Meetings will be led at select focuses. Interview will be conducted at the selected Interview Centers.

IBPS Interview Minimum Qualify marks is above 40% out of 100 and 35% for (SC/ST/PH/OBC/PWD). Ratio of Both exams (CWE & Interview) will be 80:20 separably. If participants will qualify in both exams then shortlisted for provisional Allotment Process. While going for Interview take these documents with you.
